Thunderf00t: 'Tolerance' and the 'Ground Zero Mosque'

Thunderf00t's opinion on this is right in line with mine. A lot of PC Nazis take the belief in freedom of expression too far and are blinded by hateful nature of the NYC mosque. The mosque could very easily be built in another location, however there is something special to Muslims in that particular area—I wonder what that is....

While in this country we do have freedom of expression—the actions of the Muslims here is clearly hate-speech. For example, if the KKK wanted to build a headquarters in the middle of Harlem, they would not be able to do so because the motivation behind building it would be primarily to rub salt into the wounds of black people. The Muslims that want the mosque built in that particular spot see it more important to disrespect the victims than to acclimate themselves to our sensitive discourse. It seems as if they desire a hostile relationship with all non-Muslims here, which really is no surprise. Respect is a two way street.

Awkward Questions about Jesus (Funny YouTube Video)

While this is obviously staged it is very telling of the reality of indoctrination. I remember being very young (probably around the age of the kids in this video) and hearing similar questions in Sunday school. This natural skepticism is crushed early on by fears of hellfire and the intimidation of authority. All children are skeptics, it is up to the adults to crush that skepticism as soon as possible if they want to indoctrinate them. It cannot be argued that skepticism is a very good thing for a child to have, it helps them keep the bullshit out. Skepticism should be embraced, attempts to destroy it should be considered a form of psychological abuse, being that it essentially is. It is sad when the ideas of adults can't stand up to the skepticism of children.

It's incredible how unevolved some societies are. We live in the 21st century and we have people that think that carving holes into a person's skull will cure them of brain cancer? Yikes

Should the western world allow this destructive practice to continue? Or should we respect their medical ignorance?

Muslim Disney Worker (Yahoo News)

On Yahoo News (written by Associated Press) there was a short news story about a Disney worker by the name of Imane Boudlal that refused to remove her 'hijab'. A hijab is a piece of cloth that a Muslim puts on their head. Anyways, according to the story Disney offered an alternative headscarf-thing that would satisfy the employee's belief in wearing a piece of cloth in order to make an invisible man happier, along with the clothing requirements of Disney employees. She refused to wear it, and referred to the offer as 'making a joke of her religion'.

Is Disney making a joke of Islam? Is Islam just a joke? I suppose only Allah knows (meaning nobody knows). Please keep in mind, I am not implying that Islam is a joke, I am simply asking questions here.

This woman has a lot of arrogance to think that Disney should change their policy to accommodate her. Before applying for this job, she should have researched what the job entails. If you can't manage to do the job (which includes following the dress code) don't apply for the job. This sounds painfully obvious, but people like to play stupid in order to win money from a lawsuit.

Imagine if a person named Bob had a religion which prohibited him from touching wood—believing that the touching of wood is pure evil. Bob applied for a job working as a lumberjack.

Should:

A) The logging company be responsible for 'accommodating' Bob's beliefs?

Or

B) Should Bob find a job that doesn't involve touching wood?

While this make-believe religion is nothing like Catholicism, for example—which accommodates a priest's desire to touch as much wood as they want—that is neither here nor there. The point here is that that Imane Boudlal should stop being such a drama queen and should find another job that pays $10 an hour that will allow her to wear that cloth thing on her head.

As with all the Yahoo News Stories I put up, here is a link to the story: Yahoo News. And here are some of the user comments...

God's Perfect Creation: Sheep Born With Human Face

Strange how the sheep's face looks remarkably like that of a human. Was this sheep's mother a victim of surprise buttsecks by a farmer? I believe this video sheds some light on why there are so many religious sheep in the south. Lesson here is: don't have sex with sheep. I know what you're thinking: "stopping people from Alabama from having sex from sheep is harder than teaching a hamster calculus". My solution would be to create a vasectomy for beer program.

>>>Disclaimer: Not all people from Alabama have sex with sheep. In-fact, many of them abstain from bestiality completely.<<<
