This is one of the oddest things that I've heard in a while. When you're skin starts to fuse to a toilet seat, it's probably time to give up and do something else. Make the shit wait for you, not the other way around.

Seriously though, it's unbelievable (or nearly so) that the boyfriend stayed with her, and that so much time elapsed before she was gotten help. Also, how in hell can the boyfriend be possibly criminally charged? Was he forcing her to stay in the bathroom? It appears that he wasn't...and it's not like she was a child that is being neglected she is an adult. Only in Kansas, right?
