Atheist Hitchens debates William Lane Craig On Whether God Exists

I fail to see how Chris got 'beaten up' in this debate. In fact, philosophy is the religion of the intellectual (which is seems to be an oxymoron). Philosophers only play around with words, and often times are incapable of truly thinking outside of the box. Essentially the burden of proof on the 'god' issue is on those whom make the claim; William Lane Craig does not seem to understand this concept. Philosophers like to stroke their own egos by pretending they are all-knowing masters of the universe. When questions of the universe come up, ask a physicist, not a philosopher—otherwise you will just get word-play and bullshit.
