addressing more fail-arguments against atheism.

Atheism is not a belief system.

I find it hilarious that these morons argue against it like it is.

You can't prove that fairies don't exist; however, this alone does not create any probability that they do by the mere fact that some may believe in fairies. No compelling argument for the existence of fairies can be made (as is the case with God).  If no evidence of fairies exist, there is good reason to believe that those that claim to believe in fairies are delusional (believers in fairies believe their imagination counts has evidence). Fairies don't exist because we understand how such an idea manifested itself into the human consciousness. I find arguments against atheism like this to be so incredibly pathetic.

Also, to address shockofgod's claim that "atheists believe in nothing". Essentially the argument is a straw-man and a false-dichotomy wrapped into one (Christians are very creative bullshitters). It is a straw-man because not all atheists believe the same thing (as far as the formation of the universe, etc) outside of their non-belief in a deity/s.

But, that said, I have never heard a serious atheist claim that everything came from nothing. I have no idea where Christians (or any creationist) get this nonsense. I believe that the universe was formed from existing energy during the Big Bang. The Big Bang, as far as I believe, is the start of this universe, but not the start of energy itself (energy is eternal). Here is a quote from Wikipedia because I'm too lazy to explain it...

"The law of conservation of energy is an empirical law of physics. It states that the total amount of energy in an isolated system remains constant over time (is said to be conserved over time). A consequence of this law is that energy can neither be created or destroyed: it can only be transformed from one state to another. The only thing that can happen to energy in a closed system is that it can change form: for instance chemical energy can become kinetic energy."

His argument is also a false-dichotomy because he assumes that if atheists are wrong he must be right.  He provides no scientific evidence (because none exists) that God exists. However there is evidence (real, scientific evidence) to support my belief in physics—which is separate from atheism— atheism being a mere disbelief in a deity/s. The only ones who believe in nothing are the believers in God. There is not a shred of evidence of the existence of this being, and nothing about God Himself (how do they even know it is "he"?) is known. For example, what is God made of? Is he carbon-based? Is he made of anti-matter? Nothing about God is claimed to be known about, only what this being is claimed to have been responsible for (which has been countlessly refuted by science and historical evidence).

Evidence (real evidence, not a believer's imagination) is completely on the side of atheism by default.
